FOOTBALL TRAINING - OFF SEASON (WHEN SCHOOL IN SESSION)

All players are asked to attend conditioning and weightlifting in the mornings at 6:00 a.m.

The weight room will also be open in the afternoon for players who have a conflict. Please speak with Coach Koch if you will be training in the afternoons.

SUMMER WEIGHT ROOM AND CONDITIONING SCHEDULE

7:00 a.m. – 8:15 a.m. CONDITION
8:15 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. LIFT
9:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. DRILLS and 7 on 7

Performance Testing

We test and track the progress of the team every January, April, and July. For strength, we test and track progress on the following lifts

  • Bench Press
  • Squat
  • Power Clean

For speed and agility we test

  • 40 yard dash
  • Broad Jump
  • Vertical Leap

We do track one more item - the most important item that we track is the kids GPA.


7 on 7 Tournament

To improve the passing and catching skills of the team we participate in a 7 on 7 Football League.
